Ryan Price
Chairman of the Board
Ryan Price is a 4th generation member, Vice President and Director of Abo Empire, a family office headquartered in Southeastern New Mexico whose roots are in Oil and Gas. Today, Abo Empire’s mission is to invest in companies with the potential to positively and significantly impact New Mexico’s economic development. To that end, Ryan serves as Chairman of the Board for Eden Radioisotopes. Eden is advancing New Mexico’s reputation as the birthplace of the atomic age through its mission to build and commercialize the first US-based, purpose-built, low-cost, high quality clinical radioisotopes reactor and production facility. Eden’s proprietary radioisotope reactor technology was invented at the DOE’ s Sandia National Labs in New Mexico which has exclusively licensed it to Eden. Ryan also serves on the Board of Directors of several other companies and organizations including: Helios Water Technologies, Vara Wines, Roswell Symphony Orchestra, Yates Petroleum Corporation, Abo Petroleum Corporation, and Agave Energy Company. He is also the owner of Seattle Publishing, Inc, and is a graduate of Seattle University.
Chris Wagner
Chief Executive Officer
Has 40 years of extensive global experience in medical imaging, including various senior executive leadership and policy making roles in the industry.
Mr. Wagner has held Senior Vice President and Vice President leadership roles managing the nuclear medicine businesses with Nordion and Mallinckrodt (n/k/a Curium), with responsibilities in Sales, Marketing, Commercial & Manufacturing Operations, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Development, inclusive of global strategic planning and supply execution for Mo-99 at both companies. He also possesses deep commercial and technical working knowledge of the entire supply chain.
Dan Lewis
CFO, Abo Empire
Mr. Lewis has been active in the oil and gas industry since 1988. He received a degree in Accounting and an MBA from NMSU. He is also a Certified Petroleum Accountant. He has served in many capacities in his 34 year career at Yates Petroleum Corporation, Abo Petroleum Corp and now Abo Empire, LLC all entities owned by the Yates Family. He is currently serving as the CFO of Abo Empire, LLC in Artesia, NM. Past President of New Mexico Council of Petroleum Accountants. Currently a college football official in the Conference USA.
Trey Yates
Abo Empire
Trey Yates serves as a director for Abo Empire, the Yates family office. Located in Artesia, New Mexico, Abo Empire has a deep heritage in oil and gas. The family office is focused on safe and effective energy development in New Mexico. They believe the greater good is served by taking an objective, rational view of all forms of energy production and are committed to make strategic investments that promote the economic and environmental wellbeing of their company, their partners, and their communities. Trey holds board seats on numerous of the family office’s portfolio companies including Eden Radioisotopes. He takes an active role in the development of Abo Empire with the goal of shepherding the family office to the next generation. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
