Cross River Infrastructure Partners (CRIP) is a project development company focused on advancing clean energy and medical isotope infrastructure, particularly through advanced nuclear technologies. They specialize in:
- Developing Small Modular Reactor (SMR) energy parks for emissions-free baseload power
- Developing medical radioisotope facilities for the production of sotopes like Mo-99 and Lu-177
- Supporting green hydrogen and clean fuels initiatives using nuclear-generated power
- Enabling hyper scale data center deployment by providing reliable, high-density energy solutions
Eden recently signed an MOU with CRIP to be their site selection and development partner for a new nuclear medical radioisotope reactor and hot cell processing facility in New Brunswick, Canada. This facility would produce Mo-99, Lu-177, and other activation isotopes to address global supply shortages and support the growing demand for cancer-targeting radiotherapeutics.
State of
New Mexico
Eden has received funding from the State of New Mexico through the Technology Readiness Gross Receipts (TRGR) Tax Credit program. In 2020, the New Mexico Legislature created a Technology Readiness Gross Receipts Tax Credit for the purpose of helping businesses achieve technology maturation for commercialization opportunities that require improvements on a pre-existing invention. As a result, Los Alamos and Sandia National Laboratories established the TRGR Technology Readiness Initiative. Eden received a TRGR award with Sandia National Laboratories in 2020.
DOE National Laboratories
Eden has worked with the DOE National Laboratories over the past four years in developing its technology. DOE Work Packages with Y-12 National Security Complex (Y-12), Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), Argonne National Laboratory (ANL), Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL), Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), and Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) have helped us in advancing our technology to achieve our goals and reach our technology readiness.
